After conducting market research,  the RitzBuro team developed
a visual concept centered on textures, tactility, and the nature
of the region. The design works as an extension of the hotel’s
architecture and interiors, enhancing recognition and encouraging
guests and bloggers to create content within the space.
Carefully designed touchpoints in rooms and public areas
increase guest loyalty and boost the hotel’s popularity through

awareness, product value, and building an emotional
connection with the audience.

After analyzing key challenges and business goals,
we repositioned the brand as a place that offers a curated
collection of experiences.
We developed a visual language that evokes emotional response
and trust through a friendly mascot and clean, minimalist design.
While preserving brand continuity (logo and colors), the updated
communication and warmer visual system helped build
a loyal community, increasing customer retention.

brand’s unique characteristics and its new location, and used
this to develop unique value propositions and positioning,
as well as a comprehensive brand system designed to support
the business’s goals. A visually striking facade became one
of the most photographed spots in the area.
